We are an open, innovative organization at three locations with a total of five socio-educational residential groups for children and adolescents, embedded in two districts of Zurich and in the municipality of Küsnacht am See.
Children and adolescents live in the residential groups, from kindergarten age to the end of initial training, from multiply burdened families with developmental difficulties in the school, social, and emotional areas.
The three institutions Dialogweg, Eichbühl, and Fennergut are managed as a single organization and belong to the Zurich Children and Youth Homes Foundation. We are looking for two interns for our residential group teams at the Fennergut location in Küsnacht and one at the Eichbühl location in Zurich, 80% - 90%, starting March 16, 2026, April 1, 2026, and May 1, 2026.
During the internship, you will be committed for half to a whole year to children and adolescents from multiply burdened family systems and support a team in daily work.
You bring with you
- Completed vocational training or high school diploma, professional or work experience
- Enjoyment of working with children and adolescents
- Willingness to work irregular hours (evening and weekend shifts)
