Your new area of responsibility
- Planning of scheduled maintenance activities.
- Procuring spare parts while considering the budget.
- Participating in the procurement process of new equipment.
- Coordinating external service providers for planned and unplanned maintenance.
- Planning annual maintenance for all production equipment in coordination with production.
- Requesting and reordering spare parts.
- Active participation in projects.
- Conducting incoming goods inspections and spare parts analyses.
- Adhering to safety regulations and monitoring external service providers.
Your experience, skills and talents
- Experience with machine components and spare parts.
- Experience with administrative tasks in maintenance.
- Handling interface functions, both internal and external.
- Completed technical training.
- Basic knowledge in purchasing and supplier management.
- Good communication skills and appropriate communication across different levels.
- Independent and reliable working style as well as team spirit.
- Good MS Office skills.
