- Lead electrical installation teams and diverse projects
- Coordinate work with site management, suppliers and craftsmen from other trades
- Carry out new installations and conversion work
- Pass on expertise to assigned employees and apprentices in a targeted manner
- Professional training as an electrician EFZ or an equivalent qualification recognised by ESTI
- Possibly further training as an electrical team leader, electrical project manager or safety advisor
- Professional experience
- Interest in new technologies
- Driving licence category B
