Project Manager Civil Engineering (m/f/d)

• Coordination and management of large cross-departmental tenders
• Analysis of tenders regarding quantities, work contracts, special provisions, construction processes, etc.
• Preparation of technical reports, concepts and construction programmes
• Development of contractor variants
• Management of the handover process from calculation to execution as well as technical support of the calculation and design teams
• Support in project controlling, technical management and leadership of selected major projects
• Application and further development of digital support tools

• Completed studies as a civil engineer FH/ETH or many years of experience as a site manager
• Solid experience as a project manager as well as several years of professional experience in planning and construction management/leadership of complex projects
• German as mother tongue and a high level of communication skills in spoken and written form, French is an advantage
• Good IT skills and proficient use of MS Office 365 (Teams / Word / Excel / Outlook)
• Resilient and open to criticism personality with entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Experienced in dealing with clients and planners as well as independent, precise and reliable working methods
