Job Description

• Operational responsibility for customer connections in the digital sector
• Personal advice and support for our customers on EDI matters
• Operational and technical connections of customers via platforms, as well as coordination of tests and commissioning of new EDI connections
• Interface function between customers, IT, service providers and specialist departments
• Responsibility for the continuous improvement and further development of EDI processes
• Organisation and conduct of training sessions and workshops for customers and internal teams
• Preparation and definition of KPIs

In addition, you can conceptualise, lead, test and implement further responsible projects for our existing digital channels.

Qualifications

• Commercial or technical basic training
• Proven professional experience in e-commerce with a focus on EDI
• Sound knowledge of EDI standards (EDIFACT, OCI etc.)
• Experience in the use of Ariba, OCI and marketplaces
• Ideally, you have already worked with SAP Commerce (Hybris)
• Basic knowledge of programming languages HTML or SQL, as well as file format XML
• You are enthusiastic about the further development of a central digital success component
• You are a communicative personality with a strong customer orientation
• You have good German and English skills. French is a great advantage
• You have a passion for customer-centred, digital solutions in e-commerce
