Business Controller (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You support internal stakeholders in the financial management of their units and projects and provide well-founded decision-making bases.
You are responsible for budgeting and forecasting, analyse economic performance, and derive concrete measures for improvement from deviations.
With meaningful reports and financial models, you create transparency about financial development and support the Finance Director in strategic and operational decisions.
You further develop existing analysis and reporting tools and contribute to the implementation of a new ERP system as well as the optimisation of digital finance processes.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, controlling, or a related field forms your professional foundation.
You bring at least five years of experience in a finance function.
You are proficient in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis as well as advanced Excel and financial modelling.
You are a proactive, flexible, and pragmatic personality with strong analytical thinking skills and possess very good German and English skills as well as good French skills.
