Your tasks

Creating requirement descriptions and specifications (e.g., features, requirement specifications, EPIC framework concepts, use cases)
Analyzing business requirements and their feasibility
Developing and evaluating solution approaches considering cost-effectiveness, quality, and risks
Active participation in implementation, testing, and introduction
Organizing, moderating, and conducting workshops with relevant stakeholders
Close collaboration with other business engineers, product management, subject matter experts, IT architecture, and developers

Your profile

University or university of applied sciences degree (business administration / banking & finance / business engineering / natural sciences)
Several years of experience in business engineering at a financial service provider
Experience with agile methods (e.g., SAFe, Scrum) and certification in business engineering (e.g., IREB) and/or project management (e.g., IPMA) is an advantage
Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a high IT affinity
Quick comprehension and willingness to work on a wide range of professional topics
Open-minded team player with high independence, perseverance, and commitment
Very good oral and written expression in German
