training position to become a certified nursing specialist HF
(2-3 year training)
During the training, you will be practically introduced to the competencies of the various work processes according to the framework curriculum "Nursing HF". You will gradually take on more responsibility and work increasingly independently. The internships are individually planned and completed at the Scalottas Foundation as well as in various partner companies.
WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE WITH US
- you learn to plan, manage, and evaluate the entire nursing and care process in long-term care together as a team.
- you continuously take on additional responsibility for organizing the daily routine and implementing needs- and resource-oriented goals for the individual residents. You support and promote them individually so that they can experience their competencies and autonomy.
- with your open, humorous, and creative nature, you easily succeed in building trusting and sustainable relationships while considering the necessary closeness and distance to the residents.
- you maintain close communication with other nursing professionals, the head of medical care in the house, and external medical contacts (general practitioners, etc.)
- you support the work in a self-organized team with your team-oriented personality

- completion of a vocational training with a federal certificate of competence or a school leaving certificate with a Matura or FMS
- successful aptitude internship at the Scalottas Foundation
- interest in working with people with severe physical and mental disabilities

The beautifully situated competence center with views of the Heinzenberg and Piz Beverin offers 12 children and 73 adults with disabilities care and support tailored to their needs, schooling, employment, therapy, and living spaces.
