In this guest-oriented position, you are responsible for:
- First-class food and beverage service in hotel rooms and suites according to LHW standards
- Competent advice to our discerning guests and professional acceptance of orders
- Personal care and fulfilment of individual guest wishes
- A warm first smile and active shaping of the guest experience
- Independent and solution-oriented action in challenging situations
- Taking responsibility and actively contributing to a strong team spirit
- Supporting other departments for smooth operations
- Ensuring the highest service quality and compliance with our service standards
You bring with you
- Completed training in gastronomy/hospitality or graduation from a hotel management school
- Professional experience in a comparable position and confident handling of Micros Symphony
- Experience in upscale hotel operations and room service
- You hold a category B driving licence
- Fluent German and English skills; any additional foreign language is an advantage
- High sense of responsibility, flexibility, resilience and pronounced quality awareness
- Sensitivity in dealing with international guests, enjoyment in staff leadership and a winning demeanour
