- Operational HR support for assigned areas and management of the entire employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, evaluation and development, training and development, retention and compensation, exit)
- Support for the modernization, harmonization, and standardization of HR processes
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, internal HR directives, and HR processes in the assigned areas
- Support in cultural development and implementation of RUAG strategy, personnel policy, HR strategy, and personnel planning in the assigned areas
- Accompany and support teams in internal processes, conflict management, and organizational changes
- Active participation in organizational development and defining corporate culture
- Collaboration on HR projects and internal working groups
- Management of accident and illness cases (especially long-term absences and reintegration) in close cooperation with internal and external providers of professional measures (e.g., AI, job coach)
- Support to the Head of HR Business Partnering
Your requirements
- Basic commercial training, supplemented by a specialization as an HR Specialist with a federal certificate (FA) or equivalent studies in human resource management or related field
- Several years of experience in a similar role in operational HR Business Partnering
- Change- and ICT-oriented personality, with initiative, flexibility, and a proactive and entrepreneurial approach
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP HCM
- Excellent command of German and Italian, both written and spoken; knowledge of French and/or English is an advantage
- Willingness to travel about 20% of the time to other RUAG sites in Switzerland
