We are looking for a Service Technician to support our team at Endress+Hauser (Switzerland) AG in Western Switzerland.
What is the role about?
You will support our service team as a technician (f/m/d) and carry out calibrations, commissioning, as well as maintenance and repair work directly at our customers in Western Switzerland and, if necessary, to support the German-speaking technicians throughout Switzerland.
What tasks will you undertake?
You will
- Perform calibrations directly on site at our customers’ premises
- Calibrate measured variables such as flow, level, pressure, analysis, and temperature as well as other parameters
- Independently carry out commissioning, maintenance, repair, and calibration services
- Prepare and follow up service orders administratively
What do we expect from you?
You
- Have completed a technical vocational training as an electrical installer EFZ, automation technician EFZ, electronics technician EFZ, or an equivalent profession
- Have professional experience in comparable positions
- Possess basic knowledge of analytical measurement technology
- Have a quick grasp, great manual dexterity, and a high quality awareness
- Are creative, innovative, solution-oriented and have the ability to think in a networked way
- Have a strong customer and service orientation
- Can present yourself professionally and have friendly and confident manners
- Speak very good German and French, English is an advantage
- Live in Western Switzerland and are flexible for occasional assignments throughout Switzerland to support the German-speaking technicians, if required
- Convince through communication skills, teamwork, and a pronounced service orientation.
