Sanitary Installer / Heating Installer for Sales Counter and Internal Service (m/f)

Your mission:

As a sales counter and internal service employee in building services, you are the central contact person for our customers in the building services sector. You provide competent advice at the counter and on the phone, prepare quotations, process orders reliably, and ensure that our customers are served quickly, pragmatically, and solution-oriented. You are part of a small regional team and work closely with the field service and logistics.

What you will do:

• Serving and advising our pick-up customers in the building services shop
• Sales of our building services products (sanitary and heating products)
• Responsibility for product presentation in the sales area
• Ensuring reliable order processing from enquiry to delivery
• Creating, processing, and following up on quotations

What you bring with you:

• Completed basic training as a sanitary or heating installer with a federal certificate of competence (EBA)
• Very good product knowledge in the field of building services
• Sales flair and enjoyment in advising customers
• Communicative with a confident and friendly manner
• Technical understanding, structured working method, and high service orientation
• Good MS Office skills, SAP an advantage
• Very good oral and written German skills
