In this versatile role, you will combine operational disposition with modern marketing tasks and actively contribute to the efficient processing as well as the professional external appearance of our company.
Your Activities
- Disposition of new & used vehicles
- Monitoring of orders and delivery dates
- Organisation and handling of vehicle registrations (STVA)
- Administrative processing of vehicle, leasing & insurance documents
- Maintenance and control of vehicle data in the system
- Coordination between sales, workshop & external partners
- Ensuring timely vehicle delivery
- Support of the sales team in daily business
- Active participation in shaping our marketing presence
- Development & implementation of your own creative ideas
- Design of advertisements and campaigns as well as social media content around our products & services
Our Requirements
- Commercial basic training
- Professional experience in disposition or administrative area is an advantage
- Strong organisational skills and structured way of working
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Independent, reliable and precise way of working
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with internal & external partners
- High service orientation and networked thinking
- Interest in marketing and digital media is an advantage
