Clerk Order Processing / Export 60% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000Our client is a successful Swiss company in the technical industrial sector. The company develops and implements customised solutions and impresses with high expertise, reliable quality and a strong customer orientation. Responsibilities:
Processing incoming customer orders up to invoicing
Coordination of delivery dates with customers, suppliers and freight forwarders
Organisation of international goods movements including import and export
Checking customs, VAT and shipping documents
Recording and updating order and delivery data
Supporting sales, finance and warehouse with operational matters
Contributing to the optimisation of ERP and CRM processes
Taking on administrative tasks in ongoing supply chain projects
Qualifications:
Professional experience in order processing, internal sales or logistics
Practical knowledge of international goods traffic is an advantage
Confident handling of ERP systems and common office applications
Basic knowledge of customs, import, export and Swiss VAT
Structured working method with several simultaneous processes
Independent, precise and reliable working style
Good communication and coordination skills in internal and external exchanges
Very good German skills as well as good English skills
