Software Automation Engineer

What you can achieve with us.

• Programming PLC software as well as configuring SCADA systems for customer-specific control and monitoring technology solutions
• Commissioning the software you have created on site at the customer
• Coordinating the planned solutions together with the electrical engineering team
• Conducting in-house tests of the developed software and configured systems
• Conducting customer training and preparing customer documentation
• Advising and supporting customers during and after project execution
• Providing support and acting as a contact person for customers and suppliers during project execution

What defines you.

• Higher technical college/university of applied sciences degree and initial experience in automation
• Practical experience in PLC programming and/or visualisation applications
• French language skills, both spoken and written, are an advantage
• An independent, solution-oriented working style and enthusiasm for new technologies
• Ability to inspire and a high degree of customer orientation as well as good communication skills
