These are your tasks
- You strategically further develop nursing development and lead cross-departmental projects and quality processes
- You design, implement and evaluate evidence-based nursing instruments, treatment concepts and standards
- You professionally lead and manage nursing, specialist and topic experts, advise nursing management and nursing staff and promote further development as well as knowledge transfer
- You lead the nursing expert group and the nursing quality committee, participate in interprofessional committees and represent the nursing experts in the nursing management conference
This is what you bring with you
- A qualification as a certified nursing professional HF/FH as well as a Master of Science in Nursing or a comparable nursing science master’s degree or PhD
- Several years of professional experience in the Swiss healthcare system with sound knowledge in nursing development, nursing quality, evidence-based practice and research application
- Experience in independently managing complex projects and ideally in the professional leadership or management of experts and interprofessional groups
- A strategically thinking and communicative personality with experience in designing and conducting workshops and training sessions
