Responsibilities
- Assuming professional responsibility during the night shift.
- Functioning as a contact person for nursing assistants during the night.
- Ensuring competent and individual care and nursing of residents.
- Calm and professional action in crisis and emergency situations.
- Responsibility for complete and meaningful nursing documentation (easyDOK).
- Active contribution to a positive team culture and good collaboration.
Requirements
- Degree as a certified nurse with SRK recognition.
- Professional experience in long-term care, geriatrics, or gerontopsychiatry.
- Empathy and joy in dealing with elderly people.
- High independence and strong sense of responsibility.
- Very good oral and written German skills as well as good IT user skills.
