The Dima Group is a versatile Swiss company with its own commercial and industrial properties at several locations in the Basel and Baselland region.

For the maintenance, technical upkeep and further development of our properties, we are looking for a committed, skilled craftsman who enjoys working independently, takes responsibility and actively implements their own projects.

Your tasks

• Independent maintenance and upkeep of our commercial and industrial properties at various locations
• Independent planning, organisation and practical implementation of smaller conversion, renovation and optimisation projects
• Active participation in larger construction, maintenance and repair projects
• Carrying out repairs as well as maintenance and servicing work
• Identifying potential improvements and independently developing and implementing suitable solutions
• Regular inspection of buildings, technical systems and facilities
• Monitoring building technology, especially heating, lift and fire alarm systems as well as other technical installations
• Coordination, supervision and monitoring of external craftsmen and service providers
• Care and maintenance of outdoor areas including winter services
• Ensuring cleanliness, order and safety on the properties
• Direct communication with tenants, owners and internal contacts

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in a craft or technical profession, for example as an electrician, plumber, carpenter, building technician or a comparable profession
• Broad technical understanding and pronounced manual skills
• Experience in building maintenance, building services engineering or in implementing craft projects is an advantage
• Enjoyment in independently implementing own projects from planning to completion
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• High initiative, sense of responsibility and organisational talent
• Practical, straightforward personality who enjoys hands-on work
• Flexibility and enjoyment of varied tasks
• Friendly and professional demeanour
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Driving licence category B
