Specialist Consolidation and Group Accounting (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 120,000Our ROCKEN partner is an international company in the healthcare sector. With over 1000 employees worldwide, the company is dedicated to the development and marketing of holistic pharmaceuticals and care products.
Responsibilities:
- You prepare and consolidate the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and OR to ensure precise financial reporting.
- You review and analyse the financial data of subsidiaries to ensure transparency and accuracy.
- You coordinate the reporting process with the international units and ensure smooth communication.
- You ensure compliance with accounting policies and processes and contribute to compliance.
- You optimise the consolidation processes and systems to achieve efficiency gains.
- You support the finance team with ad-hoc analyses and projects to enable well-founded decisions.
- You prepare reports and presentations for management that provide clear information and recommendations for action.
- You work closely with external auditors during the annual audit to ensure a smooth process.
Qualifications:
- You have a degree in finance, for example a Bachelor in Business Administration with a focus on financial management, or in accounting, such as a Bachelor in Accounting.
- You have several years of experience in group reporting and consolidation and possess sound knowledge in these areas.
- You have very good knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER and OR and apply this confidently in your daily work.
- You are proficient with SAP and consolidation tools to achieve precise and efficient results.
- Your analytical skills are well developed and you work with high accuracy.
- You are communicative and a team player, which helps you collaborate successfully with various stakeholders.
- You speak very good English and can also communicate well in German.
