Gardener – Foreman with Leadership Responsibility

Activities

Professional and personnel leadership of a team in garden and landscaping
New construction and renovation of medium to large garden facilities
Reading, implementing and checking construction site plans
Carrying out paving work, wall and privacy screen solutions
Earthworks as well as operating excavators, wheel loaders and other construction machinery
Ensuring quality, deadlines and clean execution

Requirements

Completed training as a gardener EFZ in garden and landscaping
Experience as a foreman or in a comparable leadership role is an advantage
Good German skills in spoken and written form
Driving licence category B including trailer
Motivation for personal and professional development
