Are you passionate about technology? At ISS, you keep modern buildings running. As a building technician, you ensure that electrical systems or HVACSE systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electrical) always function perfectly – for more comfort, safety and efficiency.
Your main tasks:
- Monitoring and carrying out maintenance and repair work on technical systems (HVAC) in production, office, laboratory and other buildings
- Coordinating and performing all necessary work in collaboration with the responsible departments
- Updating various documentation
- Conducting fault analyses and rectifying technical malfunctions in building technology
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in an HVAC or electrical profession (e.g. building technology, heating/air conditioning technology, electrical engineering)
- Experience in maintenance, servicing or building automation
- Technical understanding of complex systems and building technology systems
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to be on call
- Driving licence category B (mandatory)
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook etc.)
