For the Filling Line / Lyophilisation area within the Production department, we are looking for a

MES/Data Coordinator

Are you looking for an exciting and varied challenge in the field of sterile filtration and sterile filling and enjoy independent, precise, and interconnected work in a dynamic team? We have the ideal position for you.

You will work in the Filling, Lyophilisation area in production and be integrated into a multidisciplinary team within the Value Stream. You can expect a varied range of tasks and a well-functioning, friendly team. In addition, the area also offers opportunities for further development.

Your main tasks include:

• Support in coordinating tasks in the area of data analysis and statistical evaluations within the Value Stream
• Participation in the implementation and further development of the automation strategy as well as interface work with the automation and data analytics groups
• Collaboration in projects for the automation and standardization of processes (e.g., Filling Line VI)
• Adjustment of GMP documents (recipes, SOPs, manufacturing instructions, etc.)
• Support in processing change control requests as well as support in the analysis of deviations
• Support in cross-site issues related to automation and data evaluation concerning aseptic filling
• Compilation and evaluation of electronic data
• Presentation of topics during regulatory inspections
• Support in operational tasks within the Value Stream

You bring the following qualifications and professional experience:

• Completed scientific degree (e.g., pharmacy, chemistry, biology) (university or university of applied sciences) or many years of experience in the field
• At least 2 to 3 years of professional experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or food industry and in a GMP environment
• Independent working style, quick comprehension in handling new topics
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and keep an overview in hectic situations
• Proactive personality who understands how to deal with uncertainties, questions existing processes, and makes suggestions
• Team player who communicates clearly and openly and actively involves their stakeholders
• Fluent German and good English skills (spoken and written)
