As part of strengthening our teams, we are looking for a
IT Support Technician
You are a key player within our service center with the objective of maintaining a high operational level ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires good technical foundations and communication skills as well as rigor that will allow you to maintain privileged contact with clients. You will be based in Meyrin.
Responsibilities :
Handle tickets
Provide technical assistance (by phone or email) and on-site support at the client
Participate in the maintenance of client infrastructures
Participate in projects
Contribute to the enrichment and updating of the knowledge base
Profile sought :
- Minimum CFC IT technician (or equivalent)
- Proven experience of at least 1 year IN SWITZERLAND in an internal technical service or in a service company in an equivalent position (support technician or system and network technician)
- Written and spoken mastery of French
- English, minimum B1
- Driver's license mandatory
- Technical skills :
- Good knowledge of workstation administration (preparation of workstations, software deployment, access rights management, security...)
- Good knowledge of Windows server administration (AD, GPO, DHCP, DNS, FS, RDS, PS...)
- Good knowledge of O365 administration (EntraID, Exchange, Sharepoint, Teams,...)
- Good knowledge of networks (firewall rules, web filtering, VLAN, routing, VPN, Wifi...)
- Knowledge of ticket management tools (Service Desk - Manage Engine, a plus)
- Knowledge of ITIL (foundation certification is a plus)
- Personal qualities :
- Service orientation, kindness, enthusiasm
- Availability (travel, on-call service)
- Ability to work autonomously
- Team spirit and sharing.
