About the job
To strengthen our Quality team, we are looking for a:
Quality Control Employee
Responsibilities:
Attached to the Quality department, your main responsibilities will be:
- Inspect, control and verify Symbios products to ensure compliance with specifications
- Carry out dimensional checks (roughness, micrometre, etc.) and visual inspections rigorously in accordance with defined processes
- Identify quality issues and handle non-compliant parts
- Record measurement results to enable statistical monitoring
- Issue non-conformities and participate in investigations related to non-compliant parts
- Use the computer tools provided, including the ERP, to ensure operation tracking
- Accurately complete checks on the designated documents
- Respect manufacturing ranges as well as work and control instructions
- Verify the validity of the control means used and inform the Team Leader if necessary
- Participate in continuous improvement actions
- Comply with the quality management system requirements within the scope of your activities
- Ensure compliance with the current standard in the medical field (ISO 13485)
- Guarantee the confidentiality of patient information
Profile sought:
- Technical training (CFC, AFP) in quality, mechanics or equivalent fields
- Several years of proven experience in quality control, ideally in a highly regulated medical or industrial environment
- Excellent knowledge of quality standards, especially ISO 13485
- Proficiency with computer tools and ERP systems
- High rigour, attention to detail and strict adherence to procedures
- Autonomy, reliability and team spirit
- Good level of French
