This is the job - Your main tasks

Planning, control, and coordination of Data & AI projects throughout the entire project lifecycle – from ideation to rollout.
Translating business requirements into technical concepts together with data scientists, data engineers, and IT.
Ensuring time, budget, and quality goals as well as active management of risks and dependencies.
Stakeholder management in departments such as sales, production, supply chain management, as well as at management level.

This job is for you if

You have at least 4 years of experience in project management of data and/or AI projects – ideally in manufacturing, consumer goods, transport & logistics, energy supply companies or life sciences.
You have solid knowledge in data management, analytics, AI/ML, and agentic AI.
You have experience with agile project management methods (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, HERMES agile).
You work in a structured, methodical, and convincing manner and can confidently lead client teams through IT and digitalization projects.
You have fluent German and English skills as well as very good communication abilities.

As a cherry on top, you bring

Relevant certifications such as IPMA Level C/B, PMP, PRINCE2, HERMES Advanced.
Additional qualifications in the data/AI field (e.g., Azure Data Engineer/Scientist, AWS Certified Machine Learning, Databricks Certified Data Engineer/AI Practitioner).
Experience with cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP) and their use in AI/analytics projects.
Industry-related project experience with regulatory requirements (e.g., in life sciences, finance, or consumer goods).
