Assista Legal Protection Ltd is a company of the Touring Club Switzerland and one of the leading legal protection insurers. We provide high-quality services and professional assistance to our insured clients in private legal protection, traffic, property, travel, business, and internet law. For our Legal Competence Centre of French-speaking Switzerland, in Geneva (Vernier), we wish to hire, from 1 August 2026 until 31 July 2027, a reliable and motivated legal expert or lawyer who enjoys actively defending the interests of our insured clients.

Your challenges:

• You defend, on the one hand, the interests of our insured clients in cases in collaboration with external lawyers in Switzerland and worldwide.
• On the other hand, you independently manage internal mandates.
• You have frequent contact with our insured clients, authorities, and insurance companies.

What you bring:

• You have a solid academic background in Swiss law.
• You hold the Swiss lawyer’s licence.
• You preferably have experience at the bar or have worked within an insurance company or an administration.
• You are capable of managing a large number of cases and show initiative.
• You work with rigour, speed, and independently.
• You enjoy human contact and teamwork.
• Your very good language skills allow you to handle cases in French and German.
