The city of Illnau-Effretikon - located between Winterthur and Zurich - offers attractive conditions for its approximately 18,000 inhabitants with its rural and urban areas, hamlets, centres, and the historic village of Kyburg.
The property department is responsible for the construction and management of properties (buildings and land) for its own needs as well as assets in the financial portfolio that are rented out to third parties. The guiding principle is the property strategy of the city council, which pursues usage-appropriate, economical, and ecological goals. The municipal property portfolio is diverse and includes, in addition to administrative buildings, school properties, leisure and workshop facilities, the retirement centre, and various residential buildings.
To complement the team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a service-oriented personality as
YOUR TASKS IN THIS ROLE ARE:
- the commercial management using the specialised applications Abalmmo and Abacus in collaboration with the specialist responsible for commercial property management and the finance department.
- Administrative support within the property department.
YOUR PROFILE FITS EXCELLENTLY IF YOU:
- have successfully completed training as a clerk in property management and have some professional experience.
- are familiar with tenancy law and have experience with the specialised application AbaImmo.
