In this role, you are part of the Claims business unit in the Help Point area at Zurich Switzerland.

What to expect

• Ensuring the service of the Help Point operation in cooperation with the vehicle expert team

• Direct contact person for customers and independent handling of motor vehicle claims

• Initiating immediate measures (including expert assessments) and active problem solving

• Receiving damage reports by phone and ensuring the Help Point process on site

• Maintaining personal customer contact as well as regular contact with internal and external partners

• Flexibility to assist at other Help Point locations

What sets you apart

- Commercial or equivalent training as well as several years of commercial professional experience, ideally in the insurance industry

- Very good oral and written communication skills in German and good knowledge of English, any additional language is an advantage

- Flexible, team-oriented, resilient and assertive personality

- Efficient and proactive working style characterised by high personal responsibility

- Communicative person with a strong customer and service orientation as well as a results-oriented and quality-conscious basic attitude
