Your tasks

• As part of the legal internship, you will gain insight into the diverse activities of the authority, accompanied by experienced specialists, and gather practical experience in child and adult protection law.
• You will prepare minutes and decisions, independently clarify legal questions, and regularly receive professional feedback.
• You will take minutes during hearings.

Your profile

• You have completed a degree in law and have a strong interest in the diverse topics of child and adult protection.
• You are articulate in both oral and written expression.
• You have a good grasp and a careful working style.

The internship salary is determined according to the guidelines for the legal internship of the Cantonal Court of Lucerne.

The Child and Adult Protection Authority (KESB) ensures the welfare and protection of children, young people, and adults in need of assistance. The court-like and interdisciplinary authority employs 37 staff members.
