Tasks

- Receiving customer requests by phone
- Identifying customers
- Finding solutions to customer concerns
- Advising customers on e-banking
- Executing card blocks at the customer's request
- You understand and speak Swiss German
- You conduct telephone consultations in German and French
- Additional language Italian is welcome
- You enjoy dealing with customers
- Experience in customer service and the banking sector is an advantage
- Good PC skills are required
- A clean criminal record and debt collection register extract are required for employment

- Training takes place in Fribourg and/or Bulle
- Starting salary of CHF 4,488.- The salary is paid 12 times per year. In April 2026, the next collective labor agreement salary increase to a gross salary of CHF 4,519.- will take place.
