Excellent communicator – French and English, German a plus – you are methodical, autonomous, persevering and have an excellent team spirit. With an engineering background focused on mechanics or experienced technician, you bring your experience of 3 years or more in the field of production quality on the ground in an industrial mass production environment, demanding in automotive, aeronautics, defence, etc.

• mastery of quality tools and problem-solving approaches: 8D, causal analysis, 5P, QRQC and continuous improvement

Join the Auctae team in Switzerland as a production quality project manager

You will operate in an industrial context with high stakes, linked to an increase in production capacity within an environment specialised in the manufacture of high-precision mechanical components (machining and assembly).

Your role is key to supporting production security, stabilising quality performance and supporting the field teams during this ramp-up phase. To this end, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting on-site diagnostics to identify root causes of non-quality
• Implementing corrective actions aimed at quickly reducing the scrap rate
• Ensuring an active presence in the workshop to support operators and strengthen the quality culture
• Managing quality issues related to the transfer and pacing of production lines using standard methods 8D, causal analysis, 5P, QRQC, and ultimately continuous improvement
• Participating in the structuring of a unified quality organisation
• Ensuring the link between production, quality and industrial project teams
• Implementing the correct quality approach and that of the site within your scope and with your various contacts
• Being the guarantor of the quality of manufacturing and control files
• Conducting analysis and managing the resolution of quality events in consultation with involved stakeholders, ensuring the implementation of corrective and preventive actions up to verification of their effectiveness and contributing to feedback.
• Applying the approach (DVI / PPAP) within the framework of product evolutions and industrial changes.
• Keeping quality indicators up to date, exploiting data and consolidating necessary actions
