Your job

• Competent advice to our guests and knowledgeable sales of the diverse offers at the sales points
• Friendly, cheerful information to visitors about our facilities, experiences, and weather conditions in several languages
• Careful cash management with daily accounting
• Professional reception of guest feedback with skillful follow-up
• Active support in implementing our corporate and tariff culture

What you bring to the team

Your profile

• Completed vocational training, preferably in the service or tourism sector
• Very good language skills in German, English, and French (additional languages are an advantage)
• Willingness to perform, teamwork, and flexibility for weekend and holiday shifts
• Enthusiasm for Zermatt and its facilities
• Good knowledge of Zermatt is an advantage
