What awaits you

• You undergo training at our Generali Academy to become a certified insurance intermediary (AFA).
• You are the first point of contact for your clients regarding insurance and offer them tailored solutions.
• You actively acquire new clients.
• You develop existing relationships with your clients in your region and support them throughout their lives.
• You advise both individuals in the areas of pension and property and casualty insurance, as well as small businesses with flexible solutions.
• You support your clients in person or remotely, thanks to modern work tools.

• You demonstrate strong personal motivation and endurance; even in the face of challenges, you remain calm.
• You work independently and responsibly, while being a true team player.
• You have excellent knowledge of French, both spoken and written; other language skills are an asset.
• You are empathetic and persuasive, ideally with some initial experience in customer contact.
• You are ready to learn new things.
• You are comfortable with numbers.
• You have a solid personal network in the region.
• You have completed training or obtained a maturity certificate.
• You possess a category B driving license.
