Your tasks:
- Monitoring and further development of nursing processes and concepts on the ward
- Advising nursing professionals in complex psychiatric and psychotherapeutic situations
- Carrying out primary nursing
- Active participation in the implementation of new inpatient projects and ward procedures
- Representing the ward management in their absence
- Leading inpatient nursing therapeutic groups
- Promoting the therapeutic recovery relationship
Your profile:
- Advanced nursing education (FH, CAS, MAS)
- Extensive expertise in psychiatric nursing
- Experience working with inpatients on a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic ward
- Flexibility, resilience, independence and teamwork skills
- Ability to collaborate constructively and solution-oriented
- High customer orientation with polished manners
- Confident German in spoken and written form, English language skills desired
