Do you have a technical education and are passionate about surface treatment, vibratory finishing or polishing processes? Do you enjoy working analytically and finding the right solution for technical challenges? Are you curious about handling different workpieces, abrasive media, polishing agents and process chemicals? Do you enjoy conducting tests, evaluating results and deriving concrete recommendations? Furthermore, do you appreciate direct contact with customers and like to accompany projects from the initial enquiry to successful implementation? Tasks that will inspire you

• Planning, execution and documentation of customer trials
• Development and optimisation of polishing and vibratory finishing processes
• Analysis of surfaces, processing results and process parameters
• Technical advice to customers and support of sales
• Preparation of test evaluations and technical reports
• Collaboration in the development of new abrasive media, polishing agents and process solutions
• Know-how transfer within the company

Requirements you bring with you

• Technical basic training, e.g. as a polymechanic, production mechanic, toolmaker, surface coater, watchmaker or comparable training
• Further training as a technician HF or engineer is an advantage but not a prerequisite
• Enjoyment of experimenting and technical problem-solving
• Analytical thinking and structured working method
• Interest in materials, surfaces and manufacturing processes
• Independent and responsible personality
• Enjoyment of direct contact with customers
• German and French spoken and written
