Polymechanic - CNC Manufacturing with Assembly Work

• Dismantle, analyze and identify faults in hydraulic components (especially cylinders)
• Sketch, rethink and manufacture defective individual parts yourself (conventional & CNC)
• Determine, equip, order or manufacture seals yourself on the CNC machine
• Properly assemble components and test them on test benches
• Creatively and solution-oriented master technical challenges

• Completed training as a polymechanic
• Independent, structured and active working style
• Strong technical understanding
• Experience with manufacturing machines (CNC turning/milling advantageous) as well as in hydraulics
• Teamwork skills, resilience and joy in craftsmanship

• Exciting insight into the world of hydraulics including independent individual part manufacturing without 08/15 drawings
• You see the direct use of your work and understand the function of your manufactured parts
