Polymechanic - CNC Manufacturing with Assembly Work

• Dismantle, analyse and identify faults in hydraulic components (especially cylinders)
• Sketch, redesign and manufacture defective individual parts yourself (conventional & CNC)
• Determine, prepare, order or manufacture seals yourself on the CNC machine
• Professionally assemble components and test them on test benches
• Creatively and solution-orientedly master technical challenges

• Completed training as a polymechanic
• Independent, structured and proactive working style
• Strong technical understanding
• Experience with manufacturing machines (CNC turning/milling advantageous) as well as in hydraulics
• Team spirit, resilience and enjoyment of craftsmanship

• Exciting insight into the world of hydraulics including independent individual part manufacturing without 08/15 drawings
• You see the direct application of your work and understand the function of the parts you manufacture
