The housing cooperative Heimat Zug has 162 apartments at two locations in Zug and one location in Steinhausen. For the operational day-to-day business, we are looking for a branch manager for our office at Lauriedhofweg in Zug starting 1 January 2027.

Your tasks include all administrative work, such as preparing rental contracts, apartment inspections and handovers, arranging repairs, contacts with caretakers and tenants, member administration, minute taking, preparing the annual report, organisational tasks, and managing the website (www.wbgheimat.ch). In a second phase, taking over the accounting with a corresponding increase in workload is planned.
