For assignments in the greater Zurich area, we are looking for a competent specialist.
Your main tasks are:
- Management and organisation of construction sites in the area of new construction and renovation on site
- Implementation of work preparation according to specifications
- Leadership and motivation of assigned employees
- Ensuring a high-quality, timely and economical execution
- Coordination of personnel, machinery and material deployments
- Monitoring of occupational safety and compliance with regulations
- Inspection of completed work regarding quality, dimensions and time
- Support with site logistics and reporting
- Close cooperation with site managers, subcontractors and suppliers
- Shaping efficient workflows - solution-oriented, team-capable and practical
You should bring the following:
- Completed training as a foreman or equivalent further education in the main construction trade
- Solid technical construction knowledge as well as good organisational skills
- Several years of practical experience in site management, ideally in new construction and renovation
- Independent, responsible and goal-oriented working style
- Ability for clear communication and leadership of site teams
- High quality and safety awareness
- Confident handling of MS Office and ideally BauBit
- Willingness for personal development and to take on responsibility
- Open, team-oriented manner with assertiveness and commitment
