About the job

• Management of the Service Centre of the employee collective with four employees
• Responsibility for offer consulting around our products, medical underwriting, contract processing as well as outpatient and inpatient claims processing (including assessment of claims and cost approval requests)
• Active interface management with internal departments such as claims, finance, HR, legal, case management and IT as well as with external service providers (e.g. hospitals and medical professionals)
• Participation in projects and their coordination, especially in the area of process optimisation and automation
• Ensuring appropriate governance, including internal control system (ICS) and controlling

• Commercial or medical basic training as well as several years of professional experience in the health insurance sector
• Assertive, service-oriented personality with high discretion and a strong awareness of data protection and confidentiality
• High affinity for IT systems and digital processes
• Networked thinking, quick comprehension, strong team spirit as well as a positive and solution-oriented working style
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; French and Italian skills are an advantage
