📄 YOUR TASKS
- Carrying out control, inspection, and maintenance work on buildings and technical facilities (hotel complex, spa, garages, staff house)
- Various outdoor tasks (cleaning, gardening, snow removal)
- Occasional on-call duty
- Implementation of regulations concerning general safety and occupational safety
- Regular maintenance of mechanical and technical equipment according to manufacturer/supplier specifications
- Maintaining maintenance plans for the building services system
- Working according to the guidelines of the ISO 9001:2015 certification of the Tschuggen Hotel Group
