About the job
What you can do
- You ensure the maturation of our Tête de Moine in accordance with defined quality requirements.
- You carry out regular visual checks and quickly identify any quality deviations.
- You move and store the cheeses appropriately within the cellar.
- You adjust the maturation plan as needed and ensure optimal care of the cheeses.
- You use and monitor the rubbing machine as well as other cellar facilities.
What you bring
- You have completed professional training as a dairy technologist or in another food-related field and already have experience in the food industry.
- You work reliably, carefully and independently.
- Quality, hygiene and food safety are priorities for you.
- You enjoy working in a team and are happy to provide support where needed.
- Ideally, you hold a valid forklift truck licence.
- You have a good knowledge of French.
