For our location in Dällikon (ZH) we are looking for a committed and implementation-strong site manager.
Your Profile
- Solid training in construction (site manager)
- Several years of experience as a site manager in the field of deconstruction (removals)
- Entrepreneurial thinking, strong negotiation skills and initiative
- Strong communication skills, enjoyment in dealing with people and team spirit
Your Challenges
- Managing large construction sites in the field of deconstruction and drilling/cutting work
- Contact and negotiations with clients (client meetings)
- Local site management (with and without assigned site manager)
- Preparation and enforcement of supplementary offers
- Post-calculation
- Independent billing of your construction sites and implementation of project controlling
- Enforcement of occupational safety
