As a caretaker, you play a key role: you keep everything in good condition, ensure a well-maintained environment, and are the first point of contact for our customers on site.

What awaits you

• Daily rounds
• Recording of regular safety rounds
• Reporting of completed tasks to the customer
• Taking over and processing all incoming tickets
• Carrying out repairs and improvement work
• Responsibility for first intervention
• Support during second interventions in case of malfunctions
• Participation in emergency organisation

What you bring with you

• Training as a specialist in operational maintenance (EFZ) or equivalent
• At least 3 years of professional experience in facility services or similar activities
• Good PC skills (MS Office)
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
• English skills are an advantage
• Service orientation and customer focus
• Precise and reliable work quality
