Your Tasks
- Organisation of the nursing areas with regard to meeting professional, social and organisational requirements
- Creating duty and holiday rosters, as well as planning further training and education
- Initiating and implementing ward-related and cross-ward projects
- Motivational staff leadership and cooperative collaboration with all professional groups
- Support in recruiting, retaining and developing employees
- Trustworthy supportive cooperation with the team of nursing managers
- Ensuring nursing care and the well-being of our patients
- Ensuring nursing planning, organisation and documentation in accordance with applicable guidelines and in-house standards
- Advising and instructing our patients, their relatives, trainees and staff
- Strong quality-oriented action in the interests of medical and nursing requirements
- Participation in the on-call duty of the nursing management
Your Profile
- Completed recognised three-year vocational training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d), preferably with a degree in nursing management or further training as a specialist for management tasks
- An independent, patient-oriented and responsible way of working
- Team-oriented thinking and acting with all wards, departments and professional groups of our hospitals
- Empathy and sensitivity in dealing with our patients and their relatives
