About the job
The Blue Cross (www.blaueskreuz.ch) is a specialist organisation for alcohol and addiction issues. It helps people with addictions, supports their relatives, and advocates for effective youth protection. The national umbrella organisation coordinates the activities of the 10 affiliated member organisations in 17 cantons and represents the Blue Cross in the media and politics.
For the umbrella organisation in Bern, we are looking for an
ICT Specialist with Management Function (60-80%)
starting 1 October 2026 or by arrangement.
You will actively shape the digital development of the Blue Cross and take on coordinating and managerial tasks within the ICT department.
Your tasks
- You will take on the professional leadership of our ICT team and continuously develop it.
- You will manage the operational day-to-day business and set clear priorities for tasks and projects.
- You will actively participate in central ICT topics (web, infrastructure, telephony, internet).
- You will plan and accompany our ICT project portfolio (e.g. ERP, web platforms, infrastructure) from conception to implementation.
- You will ensure smooth collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as external partners and service providers within the framework of Microsoft 365 and website work.
- You will share responsibility for budget, licence, and resource planning.
Your profile
- Education in business informatics or comparable qualification or several years of practical experience in the ICT field
- Experience with CMS systems (e.g. Typo3, Drupal) or willingness to build up know-how
- Good knowledge in user and system administration in the Microsoft 365 environment
- Understanding of ICT processes, interfaces, and digital transformation
- Structured, independent working style as well as organisational strength
- Very good German skills; French skills are an advantage
- You enjoy taking responsibility and are keen to drive innovative topics forward.
- You are interested in social, societal, and health issues and identify with our mission statement.
