To complete the ZENITH educational team, a living place for 6 residents with autism spectrum disorders and associated psychiatric disorders, we are looking for a Certified Social Educator (M/F) with a workload of 60%-80%.

Mission

You actively contribute to the well-being of the residents and ensure them the greatest possible autonomy in their journey. You guarantee daily educational support. You aim to increase and maintain their skills and support them in their social and institutional integration. This mission is carried out in a multidisciplinary team and in active collaboration with the social network.

Responsibilities

Design and implement individual and collective socio-educational support

Develop educational strategies adapted to the needs of the residents, particularly in the areas of ASD and associated psychiatric disorders

Work in an interdisciplinary manner to address complex and heterogeneous issues

Promote the integration of family and close ones in the development and monitoring of the individual project

Actively collaborate with internal and external networks

Provide assistance to residents with basic care

Ensure administrative tasks related to the team and residents

Desired profile

Diploma in social education at CFC, ES or HES level is essential

Ease in teamwork and communication, organization and task sharing; reliability

Strong interest in individualized support and regular coordination of group activities

Marked motivation for the development of new educational actions

Good knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office programs

Category B driving license desired

Irregular hours, weekend work according to rotation.
