Join us and actively participate in defining and monitoring these programs. In direct connection with the Steering Committee and the Project Management, you will be the privileged contact to ensure the coherence of CAD projects. Your goal? Guarantee flawless technical achievements, compliant with legal requirements and aligned with the group’s vision.
Mission :
- Initiate projects from the earliest studies (SIA 1), identifying risks and opportunities;
- Contribute to drafting project mandates in collaboration with various managers;
- Support Program Managers in implementing the energy strategy of infrastructures;
- Assist in presenting projects to the Investment Committee and challenge the technical choices of the project management;
- Ensure the management of information flows between all stakeholders and contribute to the development of DCL’s infrastructure activities.
- Profile :
- HES/EPF engineering degree in thermal or mechanical engineering (or equivalent), with a good foundation in economics.
- Proven experience in thermal networks and managing large-scale construction/energy infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction and building technology, especially SIA standards.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: collaborate with colleagues, clients, and suppliers in a bilingual French/German context.
- Strong leadership: communicate clearly and transparently, negotiate and find solutions, mobilize teams with a proactive spirit.
