Over 120 employees from the fields of care, nursing, and social pedagogy accompany and support people with intellectual and multiple disabilities. The Sonnegarte residential home, which moved into a new building in St. Urban at the end of October 2023, is an organizational unit of Luzerner Psychiatrie AG.

Your Tasks
- Planning and implementation of the educational and nursing support for adults with disabilities who require a high level of care
- Taking over departmental and key worker duties
- Participation in planning and designing the daily routine in the residential group or supporting its implementation
- Collaboration with parents, authorities, as well as internal and external specialists
Your Profile
- Completed training in the social or health sector
- Experience in accompanying, caring for, and nursing people with cognitive support needs and multiple disabilities
- Openness to challenges in dealing with people with special needs
- Team-oriented, resilient, and committed personality
- Willingness to work weekend shifts
