The role is characterised by exciting tasks and complex challenges with various stakeholders.
Your tasks
- You will primarily focus on the strategic major project to renew our application landscape and methodically support the specialist departments in this forward-looking transformation.
- You will gather requirements for the new systems, identify weaknesses in the previous processes, and develop improvement proposals.
- You will closely accompany the stakeholders throughout the entire requirements gathering process, ensure the business case, define acceptance criteria for the project, conduct tests, and organise user training if necessary.
- Additionally, you will advise the clients on organisational optimisation and cost-effectiveness within the framework of this system replacement.

- Certifications in HERMES and/or IREB are advantageous.
- You can perfectly structure project tasks, approach them systematically, and complete them on time.
- You are empathetic, strong in communication, and comfortable in your role as the central contact person for your stakeholders in the project.
We offer
- You will have the chance to actively shape the digitalisation and the future system landscape of the cantonal tax office in one of the most important renewal projects.
- You can expect a challenging project task with a high degree of independence and personal responsibility.
- With us, you will find far more than just a job – we create an inspiring working environment for our employees: your work-life balance is important to us, so we support you with home office options and flexible working hours.
- We also place great value on social security, a collegial working environment, and a modern workplace just a few minutes’ walk from Zurich Altstetten station.
