• Development of modern backend and data platforms based on Java, Spring Boot.
• Collaboration on data-driven solutions and AI-supported applications
• Processing, integration and provision of large data volumes in modern system landscapes
• Support in the design and implementation of data pipelines and AI workflows
• Collaboration with software engineers, data engineers, data scientists and cloud specialists in interdisciplinary teams

• Responsibility over the entire software lifecycle – from analysis through design and implementation to deployment

• (Technical) university degree in computer science
• Several years of experience in development with Java and Spring Boot. Experience with Angular is an advantage
• Good knowledge of modern software engineering practices such as Clean Code, Testing, CI/CD and Agile Development
• Experience with REST APIs, relational databases and container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
• Interest in data platforms, AI systems and modern cloud technologies
• Motivation to engage with topics such as data engineering, AI enablement or machine learning
• Ideally first contact with technologies such as Kafka, Python, Spark, Airflow, vector databases or cloud platforms
• Analytical thinking skills and enjoyment in trying out new technologies
• Fluent German and English skills. French skills are an advantage.
